WATERTOWN, N.Y. -- A man has been charged with assault after a stabbing in Watertown.
According to police, Frank Cooley Junior was arrested after an argument turned into a physical altercation. They said it happened just after 5 p.m. on Wednesday on the corner of Franklin Street and East Flower Avenue.
Police said Cooley stabbed Michael Campaney in the torso. He was taken to a hospital in Syracuse and is currently listed in stable condition.
