LAKE PLACID, N.Y. -- Lake Placid may be best known for the Olympic Games, but Saturday, it'll be hosting a different kind of event.
The village's second annual Brewfest will be held at the Olympic Center on Main Street. Vendors setting up shop on the very rink Olympic events from the 1932 games were held. It'll feature 40 different micro-brew companies and 80 different beers from around North America.
People will get a chance to not only sample the beers, but talk with those who created them.
Tickets are $40 and $10 for designated drivers. Doors open Saturday at 3 p.m. and the event ends at 7 p.m.
There will be live entertainment and everyone gets a souvenir glass.
