ONONDAGA COUNTY, N.Y. -- A Homer man has been arraigned on several charges for alleged sex abuse involving a victim under the age of 17.
Onondaga County Sheriff's deputies say John Webb, 64, has been charged with sexual abuse, sodomy, incest and endangering the welfare of a child, all in the first degree.
Deputies say the girl first reported the incident to school officials who contacted child protective services.
Webb is being held at the Justice Center. He is due back in court next Thursday.
Investigators say Webb did know the victim and they believe there may be more out there. Anyone with information is asked to call the Abused Persons Unit at (315) 435-3092.
