The Tully Fall Festival helps support local talents and businesses. As YNN's Brad Vivacqua reports, the annual small town festival kicks off Saturday.
TULLY, N.Y. -- It's the time of year for fall festivals, and the one in Tully truly highlights the community.
The Tully Fall Festival is scheduled for Saturday, and will feature several events throughout the day long festival. A bake off and the pet parade are just two examples.
Local businesses will be on hand to showcase their products. According to organizers, the festival is a great way to learn about local businesses, the village, and its history.
"There are a lot of little businesses in town that people aren't aware of, and this kind of sheds a little more light on to it so people can see that Tully does have a lot to offer for people who want to come in and we're a very family friendly town," said Linda Milea, Tully Arts Council Board Member.
Some other events include pumpkin carving, horse drawn hayrides, and a photo competition. If you're interested in participating in the bake off, be sure to drop off your pies and cakes at Saint Leo's Church by 9 a.m. on Saturday.
