SYRACUSE, N.Y.-- Loved ones and community members gathered for a vigil Sunday to remember the Syracuse man killed by teenagers last week.
Police say Marvin Bryant, 65, was robbed and stabbed by four teens Monday night. He died at an area hospital later that night.
Marvin's wife, Sherry, says he leaves behind three children, ten grandchildren, and two great grandchildren.
She says the teens didn't just take her husbands life, they ruined their own as well. "My grandbaby said to me this morning, Grandma you're not mad at them? You know what it would have meant for me to tell my granddaughter that I hate those kids. No, I won't do that. I won't do that. I don't hate those kids, I feel sorry for them."
Police say all four teenagers admitted to their role in the murder.
Three are charged with second degree murder, and all four are charged with robbery.
