SYRACUSE, N.Y. -- The man accused of shooting two people was arraigned on Tuesday.
Juan Cirino, 27, is being held without bail after he was arraigned for murder and criminal possession of a weapon. He is accused of shooting and killing Alex Rivero Rosa, 20, outside Calcono's Tavern on North Geddes Street on October 15. Airstedes Lopez, 28, was also shot during the incident.
Cirino was taken into custody at the Philadelphia Airport after Syracuse Police learn he boarded a plane. He also faces charges for allegedly shooting Lopez.
Cirino is due back in court on Friday.
