SYRACUSE, N.Y. -- If you visit the Beef Cattle Barn at the Great New York State Fair, you'll notice there's much more signage than ever before.

You can now find nutritional information and more on how beef can be part of a heart healthy diet. The state fair committee and cattle farmers want to inform fairgoers about different kinds of beef and where it comes from.

"This sign behind us shows the cuts of steak so that if you want to go to a store and you want a round steak, you know that would come off the back. If you want chuck roast, that comes off the front, and I think it's important, that people know where their meat comes from, from the animal itself," said Dick LeClair, a beef cattle farmer.
