When do you get an opportunity to get up close to an owl, hawk, or vulture? Not often. That's because these birds would be quick to fly away if they had a chance. Well, at the NYS Fair, Brad found out you can get an up close look at some exotic birds as they're tethered down and trained by professionals. Look for daily bird shows just north of the Fair Fountain across the Horticulture Building. A very cool exhibit, and that's today's Best Bet!
