Day twelve of the State Fair is bittersweet for many. It's a good time to spend with friends, but some visitors are sad because it means summer is over and school is starting. Our Iris St. Meran caught up with some of them.

NEW YORK STATE FAIR -- Nick Kolb is taking in some games on day 12 the last day of the state fair. He's made the most of his trip to the fairgrounds.
Kolb said, "Playing the games, riding the rides and walking around."
He's taking advantage of this day, but feels a little sad because.
"I have to go back to school," he said.
He wasn't alone. Many people we encountered here at the fair on Labor Day felt the same way.
"I do not want to go at all," Anna Bozeat said.
"I'm actually kind of really upset about it," said Marissa Baker.
But they all agreed on one thing they're looking forward to.
"Seeing friends. That's it," Olivia Golenveski said.
With every cloud of summer ending, there's a silver lining and Luella Nellis and her son, Jason, found it.
"It was a hot one, so I'm looking forward to cooling off," they said.
But in the meantime ,they're taking in the sights and sounds of another great New York State Fair.
