Paterson meets with Obama
BUFFALO, N.Y. -- Governor David Paterson is in Buffalo on the heels of an economic roundtable in Chicago. During Friday's invitation only event Paterson met with other Democratic governors and presidential candidate Barack Obama.

The governors complained of how the Bush administration policies are affecting state economies, particularly high energy and food costs, loss of manufacturing jobs and the housing slump.

Obama said he'd work with them on policies that would ease that burden including a $1 billion plan to build better roads and infrastructure projects that could create more jobs.
