BLOG: Town of Owego declares State of Emergency
OWEGO, N.Y. -- The Town of Owego is declaring a State of Emergency effective Monday, October 29, 2012 at 5 p.m.
The State of Emergency has been declared due to the potential of Hurricane Sandy.
This State of Emergency will remain in effect until rescinded by a subsequent order.
