BINGHAMTON, N.Y. -- While some people are waiting in limbo, others are already coping with the heartbreak of loss. We spoke with a man by the name of Minh Nguyen, who knew a married couple that was inside the American Civic Association and was shot in the incident.
Nguyen says the woman, who worked for him at a nail salon in the Oak Dale Mall, died in her husband’s arms. He described for us the emotion as he tried to give the husband the will to survive.
