South Jefferson Girls Section III, Class B champs
CENTRAL NEW YORK -- The South Jefferson girls are the closest thing to a dynasty in high school hoops as there is. The Lady Spartans have won five straight sectional championships and they've also won two state titles in that time.
South Jefferson took on the Cazenovia Lakers on Saturday night for the Class B, Section III title.
The Spartans win it, 43 to 39.
