Good news SU fans, basketball season's getting closer with the men's team filling out its non-conference schedule with Cleveland State. Orange will host the Vikings December 15th.

Also news that they'll host midnight madness at Manley Field House with the ladies team Friday night, October 24th.

Also some good news for former SU star Gerry McNamara who's been invited to his first ever NBA veterans camp by the Utah Jazz.

G-Mac's agent Bill Neff saying he’s still trying to find a team that will let Gerry be Gerry and he thinks the Jazz might be it, although he was also talking to the Knicks and Oklahoma City.

McNamara played professionally in Latvia last season.

Jazz training camp starts September 29th.
