ROCHESTER, N.Y. - The Ithaca men's lacrosse team got mauled by the 9th-ranked Tigers of RIT Wednesday afternoon 12-4 in Rochester.
The Bombers got two goals from Jake Long, one of which cut the Tigers' third-quarter lead to 4-2. But RIT ran off five straight goals after that to take command of the game, outscoring Ithaca 8-3 in the second half to win by eight goals.
IC (7-4) will head back to the Rochester area to battle St. John Fisher on Saturday.
