CORTLAND, NY-- The Cortland Red Dragons men's lacrosse team is still undefeated after holding off a furious Stevens rally in the fourth quarter to earn a 10-9 win and a trip to the NCAA quarter finals on Wednesday.

Cortland took a two goal lead into the locker room at half time. They led 5-3, thanks in part to a pair of goals from Cody Consul.

The third quarter belonged to Cortland. They took an 8-4 lead and looked to be in control.

But the Ducks stormed back, scoring three straight goals to make it a one goal game at 8-7 in the fourth quarter.

Then Joe Slavik would put the Dragons in front by two with just under four minutes to play, his goal made it 10-8.

Stevens would get another goal to make the score 10-9, and have a final possession with 12.3 seconds left, but the Cortland defense kept the Ducks from tieing it at the buzzer and Cortland advanced with a heart stopping 10-9 win.
