NEWPORT, R.I. - The Orange football team didn't get much respect from the Big East Media. SU was picked to finish seventh out of eight teams at the annual Big East media day.

Syracuse is coming off a 5-7 record in 2011, when they lost their final five games and missed out on a bowl game. The Orange will open the season September 1st against Northwestern.
