SYRACUSE, N.Y. - Some of the best high school players in the country are at Alliance Bank Stadium this week to showcase their talent to hundreds of scouts. Syracuse is hosting the East Coast Professional Baseball Showcase.

The event is for the best high school seniors in the eastern part of the country. Syracuse has a local representative, Westhill shortstop J.C. Pena. The games run through Saturday at Alliance Bank.
