SYRACUSE, N.Y. - Trailing 6-0 before a single out was recorded on Sunday, the Syracuse Chiefs rallied to beat Rochester 8-7 in their final home game of the season.
The Chiefs' final overall game is Monday at Rochester starting at 1:05 p.m. It will be televised on Time Warner Cable Sports.
