HORSEHEADS, NY-- The Horseheads Blue Raiders shocked the Ithaca Little Red on Saturday afternoon. A last second field goal gave the Raiders their first win in a year and a half. 23-20 was the final. Ithaca led 12-0 at half, but the Raiders scored 20 unanswered points to take an eight point lead. The Red would score with under ten minutes to go in the fourth to tie it at 20-20, but would be unable to hold on to the lead. A Horseheads interception in the final two minutes gave the Raiders a first down at the Ithaca 10. Setting the stage for the dramatic game winner.
