CHICAGO, Ill. - Elmira native Mike Hulbert will try to help the Americans win the Ryder Cup when the best golfers in the world square off in Medinah, Illinois. Hulbert is an assistant on coach Davis Love III's staff.

Hulbert was also on the U.S. staff when the Americans lost in Belfry in 2002. The Ryder Cup starts Friday.
