ROCHESTER, N.Y. - Participating in the largest field ever for one of the nation's biggest cross country meets, Marcellus senior Ryan Manahan ran Saturday's 48th McQuaid Invitational faster than any of the 7,500-plus runners with a three-mile time of 14 minutes, 37 seconds.
Central New York had a couple more winners with Hannibal freshman Jason McFarland finishing first in the Varsity B small schools division with a time of 17 minutes, 14 seconds, and the Liverpool boys earning the team title in the Varsity B large schools division.
