ITHACA, N.Y. - Facing an Elmira offense ranking third out of all three NCAA divisions with more than four goals per game, the Ithaca men's soccer team pitched a shutout on Saturday with a 1-0 win.

Freshman goalie Kenny Chapman made five saves to anchor the Bombers' defensive effort and Brandon Glass scored the lone goal in the first half.

Ithaca is now 5-2-4 overall and 3-0-1 in Empire 8 play while Ithaca drops to 9-2-0 and 2-2-0.
