SYRACUSE, N.Y. - Brian O'Quinn did everything he could in making 25 saves on Wednesday but the Syracuse Silver Knights' offense could not back up that effort in a 12-11 loss to reigning MISL champion Milwaukee.
The Wave out-shot Syracuse 31-15 and shut out the Silver Knights in the fourth quarter.
Syracuse (5-7) plays its next five games on the road; its next home game is not until Jan. 18.
