JOHNSON, CITY, NY-- The Norwich girls high school basketball team beat the hosting Johnson City girls on day one of the Pete Hyde Coaches vs. Cancer tournament. Norwich led 25-12 at half and went on to win by the final of 48-35.

Norwich plays Liverpool on day two, while the hosts will take on Union-Endicott.
