Marrone breaks silence as Pinstripe Bowl preparations wrap up
With the Pinstripe Bowl countdown having moved from days to just hours, the Syracuse and West Virginia football teams are anxious for kickoff.
The teams each had a light walk-through on Friday and held a meet-and-greet with local children at Yankee Stadium, an event SU head coach and Bronx native Doug Marrone said was one of the highlights of his career as he spoke to media for the first time this week.
Syracuse and West Virginia face off at 3:15 p.m. on ESPN.
