SYRACUSE, N.Y. - Crunch leading scorer Tyler Johnson was returned to Syracuse from Tampa Bay training camp on Thursday, but he says the brief experience was a worthwhile one and one he hopes to experience again soon.

Johnson says it was great to get a taste of the NHL level and to test himself against guys who are bigger and stronger, and being sent back is not the worst thing in the world as Syracuse has the best record in the Eastern Conference.
