SYRACUSE, N.Y. - The Syracuse Chiefs kicked-off the 2013 season with their Annual Hot Stove Dinner Friday night. After missing the playoffs and finishing 70-74 last season, manager Tony Beasley and his staff are excited about this year's potential.
