Historic aircraft transported
ALBANY, N.Y. -- The Grumman S-2 Tracker was transported from the Port of Albany to the Empire State Aero Sciences Museum Thursday afternoon.
The aircraft had been stored at the port since the spring and was used during the Cold War. It was also the first purpose-built single airframe anti-submarine warfare aircraft to enter service with the U.S. Navy.
