Training Week 2: Adrienne Shuron
Funny how things change once you start doing something. I was convinced that running was my strong part and that I was terrified of swim and bike. Now that we are in week 2, I LOVE swim and HATE to run. I am really struggling with my running days. It is just boring and very hard on the body. On another note, I am getting more comfortable with my new bike. I was able to make the bike clinic on Saturday and can see what a big help these clinics are.
