Training Week 5: Pauline Lynch Shostack
This week I am getting in to a nice heavy workout routine. I love it when I get to this point. It reminds me why I love training for triathlons. The variety and intensity of the workouts keeps it interesting.
The group bike ride was great. It was the first time I rode 18 miles this year. The swim drills are getting easier and I like that we are swimming more laps. The run continues to slowly progress. I can run three miles now, but with a few walking breaks.
