Training Week 8: Carolyn Williamson
My week was full. I ran the corporate challenge on Tuesday. It was a lot of fun and I was able to stop by and see Sarah at her tent afterwards. My training was mostly sabotaged by my vacation to Wisconsin starting Friday. A trip to Wisconsin meant no runs, no swimming and no bike rides. Rest was nice. But it also meant lots of brats, beer, cheese, frozen custard, and butter burgers. Balance is good and time with family was important. Now it is time to get my diet back into check and my workouts back on track.
