Training Week 10: Pauline Lynch Shostack
This week was another good week of training. I went to the Jamesville Tri Training Wednesday night. I hadn't been there since last year with my old bike. This year I did the bike course 9 minutes faster. I was very excited about that.
Saturday I picked the Cazenovia bike practice option. It was an extremely challenging course. I was climbing one hill in my easiest gear and still felt like I might not make it, but I did.
Swimming is going okay, but I still feel very slow. I think I will start timing some of my laps to see how fast I can go. Running is happening, but nowhere near what it should be for this point in my training. Injuries stink.
But, overall I am really happy with my progress and being a part of the fleet feet training group. It is definitely more fun this year.
