SYRACUSE, N.Y. - The No. 15 Syracuse men's lacrosse team could have clinched a Big East tournament berth with a win over Georgetown on Saturday, but instead the Hoyas won 10-8 to keep their own postseason hopes alive.

Syracuse (7-6 overall, 3-2 Big East) now needs to beat No. 5 Notre Dame on the road in the regular-season finale next weekend to clinch a berth or have Georgetown lose at home to Rutgers.
