High school history teacher William Milham, 36, pleaded guilty to criminal sex act as part of a plea deal agreement.

Milham had been accused of forcing oral sex on a 15-year-old female student five years ago. Police said it happened at school.

Milham will be sentenced May 22nd. He has resigned from his teaching position.
