UTICA, N.Y. -- The F.X. Matt Brewing Company is still recovering from last week's devastating fire, but a weekly summer time tradition will continue. The company will help re-launch Saranac Thursdays to thank the Utica community for all of their support following the fire.

The fire destroyed the company's bottling and packaging area, causing roughly $10 million in damage.

Mayor David Roefaro and brewery operators Fred and Nick Matt will be addressing the crowd Thursday night. The event takes place from 5 to 8 p.m. at the brewery's Tour Center Courtyard Stage in Utica.
