UTICA, N.Y. -- The Boilermaker Health and Fitness Expo is a must-do for people in town getting ready for this weekend's big race.

Nearly 40,000 visitors are expected to attend the Expo at one point or another. From runners to residents there's something here for everyone.

There are tents with products and information related to health and fitness and others featuring the best this area has to offer from restaurants to local attractions.

It is also the place for runners participating in the 5-k and 15-k to pick up their packets.

There was a new addition to the Expo this year. A career pavilion had 18 employers looking to fill positions.
