ENDICOTT, N.Y. -- An Endicott woman is facing charges on allegations she neglected to feed or provide water to her two dogs for nearly three days.

Jennifer Gosart, 32, ia charged with two counts of animal cruelty.

Endicott police said the dogs were taken to the Vestal Veterinary Hospital where one eventually died.

The Broome County Humane Society is assisting in the investigation.
