Closing arguments expected in Wlasiuk trial
CHENANGO COUNTY, N.Y. -- The murder re-trial of Peter Wlasiuk is winding down. The Oxford native is accused of killing his wife, Patricia, back in 2002 and covering it up by staging a car accident in Guilford Lake.
The prosecution rested Monday and the defense is calling witnesses to the stand. On Tuesday, a private investigator hired by the defense, continued his testimony.
