LIVERPOOL, N.Y. -- Police in Pennsylvania have issued an arrest warrant for a Liverpool man already in custody in Onondaga County. The warrant stems from alleged sex crimes involving children.

Jason Southard, 28, was arrested locally after a three month investigation and charged with one count of possessing a sexual performance by a child. He's in the county lock-up. Bail is set at $10,000.

The arrest warrant from police in Pennsylvania goes much further, where he is wanted on multiple counts of criminal solicitation for the charge of sexual abuse of children, obscene and other sexual materials and performances, unlawful contact with a minor and criminal use of a communication facility.
