Eric Smith denied parole again
Parole has been denied for Eric Smith.
Smith was 13 when he killed Derrick Robie, 4, in 1993.
Smith was denied parole back in 2004 and will be up for parole again in 2008.
In a statement released by the parole board, Smith was denied parole because there is a chance that he would violate the law if he's released.
