Tommy Ezquerdo and Luis Danny Hernandez were both on trial for the murder of Maria Magna. She was killed at her apartment during a robbery last year.

Both men were tried at the same time, in what is only the third dual jury trial in Oneida County history.

The two juries deliberated for a couple of hours before delivering their verdicts. Ezquerdo and Hernandez were both found guilty of second degree murder and robbery.
