SYLVAN BEACH, N.Y. -- State Police arrest a Sylvan Beach man they say assaulted a woman over the weekend. Police say it happened Sunday at about 1 a.m. along Spencer Avenue.

Investigators say Tullio Dellaquila, 47, attacked a 27-year-old woman as she left the Crazy Clam restaurant. Multiple witnesses saw the incident and reported it to police.

When Dellaquila was taken into custody police found 40 grams of cocaine.

Dellaquila is charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance, unlawful imprisonment, and assault. He's being held in Oneida County Jail without bail.
