VERONA, N.Y. -- A Whitesboro teen is hurt after an accident in the Town of Verona.

Oneida County Sheriff's Deputies say it happened Sunday just before 6 p.m. along Townline Road.

They say 17-year-old Michael Adams lost control of his car went into a ditch and rolled the car onto its roof. Adams was able to get out of the car on his own. He was taken to a local hospital for minor injuries.

Sheriff's Deputies say he was going too fast and the road was too slippery.
