JEFFERSON COUNTY, N.Y. -- A tractor trailer crash held up drivers on their morning commute in Watertown.

Deputies say a truck carrying trash was exiting Interstate 81 and lost control. The rollover forced crews to shut down Exit 44 heading northbound.

The driver, James Antoniou, 48, was hospitalized with a leg injury. Authorities say he could be ticketed in the crash.
