BINGHAMTON, N.Y. -- A study taking a look at the emergency response to the Binghamton shootings is expected to be released soon.

A Florida-based consultant called Beck Disaster Recovery was hired to investigate how the shootings were handled and what can be done better in the future.

On April 3rd, Jiverly Wong killed 13 people at the American Civic Association before turning the gun on himself.

The report is expected to be released later this week.
