TOMPKINS COUNTY, N.Y. -- Ithaca College is conducting an investigation after dozens of pianos were vandalized inside the Whalen Center for Music.

College officials say at least 60 instruments were damaged sometime between Saturday night into Sunday morning. They don't know how much the repairs will cost at this point, because the damage varies from piano to piano.

They are asking students, or anyone in the public with more information about the incident to contact the Public Safety Office at (607) 274-3333.
