ONONDAGA COUNTY, N.Y. -- Fugitive Gary LaTray tops Onondaga County's most wanted list for 2010. LaTray spent 18 years in prison for stealing $3 million from an armored car and has been on the run since violating his parole last year. He is also wanted in connection with bank robberies in Virginia, Ohio and Pennsylvania.

The county's ten most wanted list was revealed Monday morning by the sheriff’s department. The department has had a high success rate of catching fugitives in the past and hope the list will help them find LaTray.

“There may be come other individuals out there that maybe this will get it out there that they were in contact with him six months ago or a year ago, two months ago. Maybe he made a phone call to them but they might not be aware that he's wanted so anything that we can drum up that's what we're going to go with,” said Joe Ciciarelli, US Marshals.

Not long after the list was released, the number eight fugitive, Arthur R. Novell, was apprehended.

If you have any information, call either the sheriff's department at (315) 425-2111 or Syracuse Police at (315) 442-5111.
