ROME, N.Y. -- Jadreck Baker's family and friends were in the courtroom for Bobby Ray Hunt's arraignment. Many wore T-shirts with his picture on it.

The 20-year-old's mother, Sandra Baker sat next to her daughter, Jamie Baker, 19. The Baker's are now dealing with a second tragedy in their family following the death of Jamie's three month old son Eithen who was killed Tuesday morning in Blossvale.

Police say the baby's father, 21-year-old Adam Theall shot and killed Eithen during a domestic dispute. Theall pointed his gun at police following the shooting and when he refused orders to drop his weapon police fired several shots at him.

Sandra Baker says her family has been destroyed and her daughter is being supported by their extended family.

"Very tough, very tough. She lost her brother. She lost her son. It's tough. I can't explain it," said Sandra Baker.

Baker says the family postponed making Eithen's funeral arrangements to be in court today. Adam Theall is in critical condition at University Hospital. No charges have been filed at this time.
