FULTON, N.Y. -- Fulton police have made arrests in connection with the break-in at the former New York Chocolate plant. It happened in late June and some minor damage was caused.
Nine people in all have been arrested. No word yet on what charges they face.
The break-in happened not long before the plant was auctioned off at a bankruptcy hearing.
Go-Industry Dovebid had the highest bid of $2.5 million. Their plan is to develop the plant into a business park.
